The Chain Group Escrow Service can send you emails in just a few exceptional cases:
- when you submit a Support request (you receive a message informing of an answer to your question);
- when you open a new account, you receive a message asking you to confirm your email address;
- when you request password recovery, you receive a message with a new password.
Users of the Service may also receive email messages in other exceptional cases.
Chain Group Escrow Service reserves the right to mass mailing by email to all registered users only in case of emergency, if it is a matter of account safety.
The Service does not do mass mailings under no other circumstances, including simply reminding you about the Service. We recommend users to follow us on Twitter, Youtube, Telegram to stay tuned for the latest news of the Service. Chain Group Escrow Service also does not recommend its users to do advertising mailings in order to increase referral revenues, except if recipients of emails have given their explicit and unambiguous consent to receive such messages.
IF YOU HAVE BECOME A VICTIM OF SPAM WITH ADVERTISING OF ANY TRADE GROUP PRESENTED AT THE SERVICE (AND IF YOU DID NOT AGREE TO SUCH MAILING), PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR COMPLAINT TO [email protected] AND MAKE SURE TO INSERT THE REFERRAL LINK THAT WAS IN THE MESSAGE.
We can determine who exactly did the mailing via the referral link and warn or punish them, including imposing a fine.
